Reporting to the Program Manager, the Financial Analyst provides financial management and acquisition support to an international US partner nation on the PEO C4I Business Financial Management (BFM) Support Services contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs), Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs) and APMs for Installation (APM-Is) to manage resources and associated data to execute and track all required funding.
  • Support all financial and planning documentation in support of the PMW 770 program portfolios.
  • Provide inputs to a variety of DoD Acquisition related data calls and documentation.
  • Build financial management strategy to help develop an actionable plan for the client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
  • A minimum of four-six (4-6) years professional experience is required, with at least 1 year in DoD/DoN Financial or Installation Management related activities.
  • Must have specific NAVWAR PEO C4I financial management/acquisition experience.
  • Experience in overseeing program financial execution and installation management activities.
  • Experience in Analytical and Problem Solving related to configuration/data management issues.
  • Experience with Naval Information Warfare SYSCOM/PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER), Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) Advance Planning Suite (CAPS).
  • Experience working in cross functional teams.
  • Must have knowledge of Department of the Navy Installation & Financial management processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy ERP.

 

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
