INDUS provides Financial Administration And Management Support Services (FAMSS) in support of Commander Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC; a.k.a. CNSP). INDUS oversees data collection and tracking, analysis, and execution of the CNSP operating forces and shore activities’ financial resources for the current and five prior fiscal years ensuring compliance with current policies and regulations. The Comptroller of CNSP has the responsibility for the oversight, analysis, execution and overall management of the CNSP operating forces and shore activities financial resources for the current and five prior fiscal years. Financial administration and management, which includes analysis, research, reconciliation, auditing, maintenance and update of financial records, are the primary focus of this effort. CNSP annually generates a total of approximately 610,000 OPTAR and Reimbursable obligations records, and approximately 30% of them require obligation adjustments to be processed in SABRS (Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System), the Navy’s official accounting system or STARS-FL (Standard Accounting and Reporting System – Field Level), for adjustments of FY19 records and older. The actual workload fluctuates each year, plus or minus 10%, based on funding availability and operational schedule of commands and introduction of new construction or ship homeport changes.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Financial Management Analyst tracks and reconciles data and financial records to be processed in SABRS (Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System) and other Navy financial management logistics systems on the CNSP SURFPAC Support Services contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $71,760 - $78,936. The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
