Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Strategic Communications, the Business Development Manager will join the Business Development (BD) team and serve as the primary interface for proposals with senior management, business development, technical subject matter experts, finance, contracts, and teaming partners. In this role you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality, compelling proposal responses. Key responsibilities include coordinating proposal efforts, drafting and reviewing content, and presenting proposal materials to INDUS leadership and teaming partners. The Proposal Manager must be adept at working under tight deadlines, assigning tasks as needed (e.g., writing, editing, content development), and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the proposal lifecycle. Additionally, the Proposal Manager works in close coordination with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Director of BD and Strategic Comms, and Capture Managers to support proposal planning and forecasting across multiple markets.

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $95,000 – $125,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
