The Comptroller Group and the Program and Business Analysis Department, known as the Business and Financial Management Community (BFMC), provides business and financial services and products that improve performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the organization including the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).This work provides for support services in maintaining daily operations of the Comptroller Group. The NAWCAD Comptroller performs financial support services for NAWCAD and NAVAIR Headquarters.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Accounting Clerk II is responsible for providing financial management and administrative support services to the NAWCAD Comptroller Group and Business Analysis Group. Additionally, support services may include administrative functions, data entry accounting processes, deficiency identification, professional and analytical support, funds management, financial execution/tracking, internal and external data calls, and assessing the financial systems relative to data integrity and corporate end user reporting requirements. This position is located in Patuxent River, MD.
