Reporting to the Program Manager, the Sr. Schedule Analyst supports Navy ship maintenance and modernization efforts by managing Integrated Production Schedules (IPS), analyzing schedule risks, coordinating work integration, and providing recommendations to support on-time execution of maintenance availabilities. Applies expertise in production scheduling, risk management, and ship repair processes to support project teams, Fleet, Ships Force, and Lead Maintenance Activities.
This is a contingent position pending contract award. The position is expected to be located in Norfolk, VA.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in management, Business or Public Administration or equivalent certification (e.g., PMI-Schedule Analyst, Project Management Professional (PMP).
Minimum of five (5) or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations analysis or financial/cost analysis; and/or experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Demonstrate familiarity with naval maintenance philosophy and policy, comprehensive and practical knowledge of ship repair scheduling processes and procedures, capability of evaluating many schedules related deliverables and providing risk assessment, and proposed corrective/mitigation
measures to promote on time delivery scheduling.
