Reporting to the Program Manager, the Manning/Training Specialist will provide subject matter expertise on U.S. Navy training requirements, crew manning, and personnel manning requirements to the CVN Readiness Operations Center (ROC), supporting Commander, Naval Air Forces, Atlantic (CNAL), Code N47. This position combines training program development/assessment with billet assignment and manpower analysis to support aircraft carrier readiness across the Nimitz and Gerald R. Ford classes.
This is a contingent position expected to be located in Norfolk, VA. The pay range for the position will be provided at the time the position is no longer contingent.
