NAVWAR 8.0 is responsible for the oversight and successful execution of all corporate operations related activities for NAVWAR in support of Navy-wide Information Dominance initiatives. Due to reorganization along functional lines, this program office is consolidating and contracting for support across several 8.0 functional areas. This includes Corporate Operations, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Workforce Management, Military Management, Process Improvement, and Corporate Communications.


Reporting to the Sr. Vice President/Program Manager, the Management Analyst will provide data management, analytics, dashboarding, SharePoint management, document writing and review, tracking and reporting on key project status and metrics, data integrity and databases, and support other analysis support on the NAVWAR 8.0 Corporate Operations Support Services (COSS) contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, navigate, and update databases with relevant information.
  • Analyze and extract critical mission data from database to build and brief detailed reports.
  • Review and identify opportunities to process improve/automate business processes, SOPs, etc.
  • Manage large data sets and coordination with data owners.
  • Prepare multiple weekly deliverables to include tracking status of current/future tasks, ensuring tasks start on time and that various stakeholders are informed as the timeline progresses.
  • Coordinate project status and actions with teams in different geographic locations.
  • Prepare reports to deliver status on all tasks under development for the contract to the government customer.
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly inputs to task tracking and execution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, take minutes, document and distribute action items, and track action items' progress.
  • Perform various tasks to include documentation development, work flow development, review/develop reports, briefs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbooks and manuals.
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
  • Seven (7) years of experience providing operations research analysis within a NAVWAR, U.S. Navy, or similar DoD environment.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • The ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

 

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
